Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

  • Retail-City (Super Simple Limited) offers a free delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding vat) to Mainland UK. Excluding certain postcodes, please check our “Delivery Areas” section for exclusions.
  • Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Thurs delivered within 1-3 day
  • Orders placed before 12 noon Friday delivered between Monday  and Wednesday
  • Orders placed Saturday to Sunday will be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday
  • Parcels that will be sent via DPD will be given a 1 hour window wherever possible
  • Orders under £150 (excluding vat) will incur a delivery charge of £10.99
  • For Saturday delivery’s please contact us 07448 832214 Mon-Fri between 7am-12noon for prices although this cannot be guaranteed
  • For BULK orders please contact us on 07448 832214  Mon-Fri between 7am-12 noon for best prices
  • For REGULAR deliveries please see the map of what days we can deliver on a regular basis to your area.
  • CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2022. The last day to place an order for guaranteed next day delivery is 19/12/22. We will then resume as normal processing orders for 1-3 day delivery on 20/12/22. All orders placed in between these dates will also be processed after the Christmas. Please allow longer delivery times around the festive period.

RETURNS

  • Returns of unwanted goods are subject to the customer paying for the return postage and provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
  • All refunds will be made to the customer within 14 days of Retail-City (Super Simple Limited) receiving the goods.
